By using the Miresa AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to the following terms of service. Please read these terms carefully.

1. Service Description

Miresa AI is a mobile application that provides AI-powered skin analysis and personalized skincare recommendations. The App is for informational and educational purposes and does not replace medical advice.

2. Account Creation and Security

2.1 Account Requirements

  • You must be at least 13 years old
  • You must provide accurate and current information
  • You must maintain the confidentiality of your account information
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password secure. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access.

2.3 Account Deletion

You have the right to delete your account at any time. To delete your account:

  • Within the app: Profile → Delete Account
  • By email: Send a request to support@miresa.ai

Important: When you delete your account, all your personal data, analysis history, skincare products, and saved routines will be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

3. Acceptable Use

3.1 Permitted Use

  • Personal skincare tracking
  • AI-powered skin analysis
  • Viewing product recommendations
  • Creating personal routines

3.2 Prohibited Use

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Using others' personal information without permission
  • Compromising app security
  • Sharing spam or harmful content
  • Reverse engineering or copying
  • Using automated tools or bots
  • Unauthorized commercial use

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights, including app content, design, logo, code, and AI models, belong to Miresa AI. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

4.1 User Content

You retain rights to the photos and content you upload. However, you grant us the right to use, process, and store this content to provide the service.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Services

The App offers basic features for free. A subscription or credit purchase is required to access premium AI-based features such as detailed skin analysis, personalized routines, or product recommendations.

5.2 Credits

  • Users may purchase credits through in-app purchases.
  • Each credit corresponds to one AI request (e.g., skin analysis or routine generation).
  • Credits are consumed per use and do not expire, but they are non-refundable once used.
  • Credit prices and available bundles are displayed within the App and may vary by region and currency.

5.3 Subscription Terms

  • The App offers auto-renewable subscriptions (e.g., Monthly and Yearly Plans) that provide unlimited access to premium features for the selected period.
  • Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at the time of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
  • Price changes, if any, will be communicated in advance through the platform.

5.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to premium features until then.
  • Refund requests are subject to the policies of Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  • Payments for used credits or active subscription periods are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

6. Privacy and Data Use

The use of your personal data is detailed in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you accept our privacy policy.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the information presented.
